Please note that after you have confirmed and paid for your booking you should receive an email confirmation from us.  Make sure to check your junk folder for that email if you haven’t received it within 10 – 15 minutes.

Please note our cancellation policy:  Bookings subsequently cancelled may attract a processing fee. Reservations cancelled before 48 hours will be charged a $50 admin fee or 10% of the rental price, whichever is greater.  Cancellations on the day of hire are subject to the full rental fee.
